Do the MVP Bullies have a good temperament?

Yes… they are gentle giants and excellent companions. They have an excellent family friendly temperament (perfect family pet), they are affectionate, great with kids and they are extremely loving to their family with big, kind hearts.

Exceptionally devoted and loyal, American Bullies are focused on pleasing their owners, eager to learn and highly trainable.

They are well behaved out in public, reliable, trustworthy, confident and playful. They are good (friendly, calm and tolerant) with other dogs, but if another dog tries to attack you, they will definitely guard you with their lives.

NOTE: American Bullies are not pit-bulls, they are a completely different breed. They have been bread for their amazing beauty, size and friendly, social temperament.

How much do your puppies cost?

MVP is a family owned Australian XL Bully breeder. Even though our dogs are of the highest quality, we make our bully puppies affordable.

Bully puppies start at only $4000 Australian dollars.

Some puppies can be more expensive for various reasons. For example depending on the breeding pair or if you want the 1st or 2nd pick. We also sell puppies with different contracts, for example to families that want a loving pet and we charge more to breeders that want to improve their blood lines.

Other factors that can influence prices include Stud costs, artificial insemination, cesarean sections, semen importation costs as we only use the very best XL bullies (blood lines) from around the world.

Are American Bullies good with kids?

The American Bully is a companion breed. They love humans. They are excellent with children, very loving and affectionate, playful and energetic, they are big kids hearts.  They are not aggressive and have an excellent temperament.

Will my puppy come with cropped ears?

No the puppy’s ears will not be cropped.

All of our puppy sales will come with natural ears.

Ear cropping and tail docking are not legal in Australia.

Are American Bullies easy or hard to train?

The American Bully is a very intelligent breed. If you spend time with them, especially while they are young and make training sessions fun, your dog will learn quickly.

Get the training started while they are young, as reversing unwanted behaviours as the dog matures gets harder with age.  You can teach an old dog new tricks but it’s definitely easier to raise your dog with the skills and behaviours that you want.

Don’t rush the process of training your dog, it takes time and the investment is well worth it. So be patient and consistent.  Reward your dog for good behaviour and reinforce the good behaviours often so your dog really learns.

4 common lessons/commands are:
– Sit
– Stay
– Come
– Leave

Other common skills are:
– Toilet and House training
– Leash training
– Crate training
– Swimming
– Fetch and return
– Good behaviour around other dogs
